Cancellation Policy

Subscription cancellation and auto-renewal controls for Kaimotech services.

1. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription auto-renewal at any time directly through your account dashboard under Settings & Billing. Once cancelled, your digital identity, profiles, and hosted websites will remain active until the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

2. Physical Order Cancellation

Physical NFC Smart Card orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase before custom engraving/printing begins by contacting our support team.
