Subscription plans (Individual, Business, Agency) grant access to hosted digital profiles, mini websites, and platform features for the duration of the paid term. Subscriptions are billed on an annual or monthly cycle as selected during checkout.
3. User Conduct & Content Guidelines
Users are solely responsible for the authenticity and accuracy of information, images, documents, and contact details published on their digital profiles. Impersonation, unlawful content, or deceptive practices are strictly prohibited and subject to account suspension.
4. Partner & White-Label Agency Terms
Agency partners using Kaimotech white-label platform tools are responsible for managing their client accounts ethically and ensuring compliance with platform terms and local business practices.
5. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
